But right now, our process is still working beautifully as is manually moving tasks around. I would love to see an automation feature that would allow us to mark a task complete, and move it to another folder automatically. Every day we're learning a new way we can implement this product to improve our work flow. Everyone can include notes and updates to keep everyone on the same page. We're able to quickly enter projects, assign tasks and maintain our schedule for a business that is constantly changing. We absolutely love the ease of task management with GQs. Everything is at our fingertips with GQueues. No more forgotten tasks that need to be done quarterly, no more having to track employees down to see if something had been done, or when. Once we had that part implemented, it quickly became apparent how it would improve our work flow in other areas of our farm. We chose it as a solution to move our daily customer order schedule from a paper clipboard to online so that multiple people could access it, review and make changes if necessary.
